The Montreal symposium takes a break in 2018 (back in 2019). In the meantime, don’t miss the History of Games international conference in Copenhagen

The Game History annual symposium is an event that connects media historians, sociologists, museum curators, and any other researcher interested in the cultural history of games. This event has been financed by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. The symposium is presented in partnership with LUDOV (Video games observation and documentation lab), Homo Ludens, and TAG (Technoculture, Arts and Games research center)
